#Energy and #mobility have gone hand in hand in Germany for a long time: As early as the 1920s, the systematic electrification of rail on major main lines began – a milestone that significantly advanced efficiency and sustainability. Today, we are facing a transformation of similar magnitude: the electrification of individual transport.
Our Managing Director Moritz Stober and Senior Stakeholder Manager Maximilian Marinus Schmid attended E-world energy & water in Essen, where they had many insightful and engaging discussions. It became clear how closely the energy and mobility sectors have grown together in recent years.
👉 From the perspective of the Mobility Data Space, one thing is clear: this transformation can be significantly accelerated through cross-sector data sharing. When energy, mobility, and other sectors share their data in a #sovereign and #interoperable way, new scalable solutions for the mobility of tomorrow can emerge.
